Every little detail was taken into consideration . Just don’t know where to start . This is not a five star hotel it’s a 6 star . From room amenities to toiletries to the closets the coffee and fridge cabinet. The best part was the late evening tea we received every night . A pleasure worth every penny . Breakfast is 24 hours you get it anytime you want . Evening drink outdoors in summer absolutely lovely in the garden and they always get you a generous platter to snack on with your drink . This hotel is a búlgari jewel .

The service is impeccable - helpful, emphatic and sincere The hotel feels a little like an island surrounded by its garden setting which is very special in a busy city and it really feels like an oasis of calm The food is truly excellent The interior design is very tasteful, chic and comfortable Great power showers and nice treats in the room

WE ARE VISITING MILANO TWICE A YEAR AND AFTER STAYING IN DIFFERNTS HOTELS IN MILANO WE CAN SAY THAT SO FAR BULGARI HOTEL STAND ABOVE ALL OTHERS. THE GREAT LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL AND ELEGANT DESIGNED BUTIQUE HOTEL. EXCELENT TEAM THAT MADE OUR STAY VERY COASY AND WARM, VERY HELPFUL FOR ANY REQUEST. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE AMBIANT ATMOSPHERE WAS VERY PEACFUL AND RELEXING. WE DEFINITLY COME AGAIN !!

Great location, great property, beautiful garden and bar. Loved the feel of a small boutique hotel, and the attentiveness of the staff. Amazing breakfast! Lovely clean rooms with amazing bathrooms with all amenities. Super quick room service for all needs. Extremely courteous and helpful staff.

The staff are welcoming, smiling and helpful. I was sick and the staff helped me by serving me special tea. I liked the staff, from the manager to the workers. I recommend it and I will be back. Thank you.

The location could not be better. Set in a quiet garden, the hotel is close to all of Milan's best shopping but in its own quiet paradise. The outdoor seating for the restaurant is a beautiful place to grab a bite and the bar is a wonderful place to grab a drink. The staff are attentive and the hotel's sleek modern aesthetic is very clean and elegant.

The design and decor was very stylish. All the staff were attentive and made you feel very welcomed. The gym, spa and restaurant were A grade. Also superb location for seeing the city and shopping.
